According to the end of 2021 data, the youth unemployment rate is 14.7% on average in the EU. The countries where the project is targeted to be implemented are among the top 10 countries with the highest youth unemployment in Europe and the average youth unemployment is around 22%. In these figures, the rate of unskilled labor force is high. The main priority of the project is “increasing quality, innovation and recognition of youth work”. Aiming to improve the quality of the young workforce through the education of innovative design and production technologies, the project will increase the employability of youth in European communities with the main priority of “increasing quality, innovation and recognition of youth work”.
