About Us

Founded in 2001, the Association of Academicians Union is a well-established non-governmental organization dedicated to strengthening the academic community and overcoming barriers to scientific advancement. Since its inception, the Association has been committed to making the challenges faced by academics visible, developing solutions, and building stronger connections between science and society.

We have deep expertise, particularly in Erasmus+, European Union, and IPA projects, and have successfully led numerous impactful initiatives at both national and international levels. Through our projects, we support individual and institutional academic development and deliver the transformative power of knowledge directly to broader communities, from students and young researchers to educational institutions and civil society organisations.

The Academics Association organizes seminars, workshops, international training programs, and scientific meetings, aiming to produce knowledge and foster an environment where knowledge is shared, developed, and translated into societal benefit. We actively build bridges between scientists, researchers, and key stakeholders to drive forward impactful, sustainable change.
