The project aims to increase employability and employment of graduates of technical vocational schools of higher education in context of DFW. To achieve this overall objective, the action will organize interactive trainings followed by “hands on” workshops to enhance practical skills of the target group. Additionally, the project will develop an open access database to match job seekers with employers who are looking for employees with knowledge and practice in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). The project activities and outputs will overcome skill mismatch of the target group, while addressing qualified worker needs of the industry. The consortium will find employment for at least 50 of trained people following the action.
