The overall objective of the project is to increase the employment of young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs). In line with this objective, career management services focused on virtual reality (VR) are being developed for NEETs throughout the 12-month implementation period.
During the project, NEET participants are first identified and registered with İŞKUR. Then, assessments are carried out by Gazi University, participants are grouped, and customized training programs are implemented to equip them with the competencies required to work as VR technicians. In the final stage, the participants are supported in their active job search through career management activities and tools.
As a result of these activities, it is aimed that young people gain digital competencies and access employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector in Ankara and across Türkiye. The project contributes to empowering young people, enhancing their professional capacities, and supporting their participation in the labor market.
